Great value for money, friendly staff, and central location. the room was comfy and the staff, especially Tanya, were accommodating.

Very, very nice and friendly people are working there. The location is marvellous, 2 miles from Chester Historic District. Furthermore, it's close enough to popular stores.

Hotel's location was comfy and marvellous, in the middle of jackson. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Pizza Hut that is only 25 minutes' walk away.

Some people working there were discriminatory.

Got a couple of free water bottles and a cookie at check-in, and the WiFi signal was good. the hotel was conveniently located near the main road and we got to our Easter brunch spot with no trouble. the towels were fluffy and smelled nice.
